Job Description

Reporting directly to our CEO, you will take the lead on our business units in North and South America and operating globally:
– Audit & Certification
– Supply Chain Management
– Product Inspections
Your high-level tasks will require you to:
• Evaluate the teams in place, identify skill gaps and development needs, design the plan on fulfilling them, and take the lead on implementing it;
• Implement a culture based on KPI, growth and profitability in your teams;
• Build and maintain relationships with our key accounts, particularly in the produce sector;
• Prepare and deliver the budget and 5-year plan in terms of top line, gross margin, and EBITDA;

Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you must have:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience operating a business unit or large operations with full P&L responsibility and business development;
• Outstanding commercial skills and business acumen;
• Strong international exposure (LATAM and USA would be ideal);
• Portuguese & English;
• Excellent communication and reporting skills;
Familiarity with the food certification industry is a strong plus.
